The cold storage construction of Shanghai Yuyu Trade Co., Ltd includes 2 floors and occupies 45,000m3. The first floor of the energy saving double deck cold storage construction occupies 28840 square meters, and it has 7 rooms. The second floor of the energy saving double deck cold storage construction occupies 52420 square meters, and it has 11 rooms.
Prior to this installation, the customer had a cold storage warehouse that would stop operating when one refrigeration unit would fail, leading to poor management and high power consumption.
The client wanted Howcool to provide a cold storage construction with many functions that was energy saving and compact.
Howcool conducted the following reconstruction and design according to their requirements.
- Design the circuit of the cold storage construction into a parallel connection, which leads the convenient management and reliability of cold storage construction.
- Saving power by condensation and forced fluorine pump liquid feed can solve the problem, which leads the equipment save more power and makes it safer.
- Howcool designs the cold storage construction into 0-8℃ high temperature cold storage construction and -18℃ low temperature cold storage construction according to the conditions of different kinds of materials.
- High temperature cold storage construction features a fluorine barrel pump and evaporation cold liquid feed principle to satisfy the requirements of saving power and environmental protection.
- Considering the operation and conveying tube distance of the cold storage construction with many rooms, the Howcool unit adopts a Yantaimoon brand barrel pump unit for the energy saving double deck cold storage construction.
The cold storage is put into use now, and the power consumption per cube of energy costs just 0.1 yuan during summer.
